This Instagram account recently shared a video showing a car driving through a roundabout in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The footage was captured from inside a car driving in a lane merging into a roundabout.

At the beginning of the video, everything seems fine. The vehicle from which the scene is being filmed is driving in the right lane of a road entering a roundabout with a yield sign. There are cars traveling inside the roundabout, so the driver slows down to yield.

However, everything goes awry when a car approaches from the left lane, which also merges into the roundabout, and enters it at full speed. With this reckless maneuver, it nearly collides with a vehicle already traveling on the same road, which is forced to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident, which narrowly escapes.
